Role Overview:
As the HR Manager/People Operations Manager, you’ll oversee and enhance the employee lifecycle for our remote team of over 50 skilled professionals in blockchain and privacy. This hands-on role focuses on designing, implementing, and refining HR programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compensation and benefits, including benchmarking and designing competitive packages while collaborating with finance on payroll.
- Make strategic HR decisions and develop policies in partnership with all teams.
- Implement a robust performance management system, including OKRs and feedback facilitation.
- Create a fair job leveling framework to ensure equitable growth opportunities.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to foster individual and team growth.
- Advise leadership on people-related matters with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate across departments to improve HR operations and employee experiences.
- Promote our company culture and values, enhancing talent acquisition and organizational development.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic tech environment, especially with technical teams.
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, influencing at all levels.
- Experience managing a remote workforce is crucial.
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant HR qualifications preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Passion for Web3 and data privacy.
- Familiarity with the Lattice HR platform.
- Experience in public speaking and workshop facilitation.
