Position Overview:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key member of our Customer Success Team, handling a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the APAC region. Your role will involve nurturing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing comprehensive support for all Xapo Bank’s products. Collaborating with regional Customer Success Advisors, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, striving to create enduring relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth customers in the APAC region.
- Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions based on their financial circumstances and risk tolerance.
- Serve as a regional escalation point for Customer Success Advisors providing banking services.
- Represent Xapo at regional events to enhance brand presence.
- Oversee customer portfolios, providing timely updates and conducting regular reviews to reassess risk profiles and wealth management needs.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in all tasks.
- Achieve defined revenue targets through both retention and new business acquisition.
- Deliver product demonstrations and collaborate on strategies to expand the customer base and increase assets under management (AUM).
- Stay informed about advancements in both cryptocurrency and traditional finance sectors.
- Address regional issues by escalating them to Product and partner teams.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within private banking, wealth management, investment banking, or commercial banking.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets.
- Proven success in generating leads and managing client relationships in the financial services industry.
- Comfort with conducting both face-to-face and online meetings with clients and prospects.
- Track record of meeting KPIs related to conversions and AUM growth.
- Strong network within the financial services sector in the APAC region.
- Solid understanding of fiat payment systems and stablecoins.
