As our Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing Spire’s core products, with a primary focus on building the Preconfirmation Gateway/RPC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Core Infrastructure Development: Implement Spire’s core infrastructure in Rust, with additional light smart contract development in Solidity.
- Project Management: Lead engineering projects from design through to production, collaborating with our developers to establish and maintain realistic roadmaps.
- Community Engagement: You may have the opportunity to represent Spire at events, conferences, or on podcasts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Experience with ethers-rs/alloy and proficiency in Rust, along with competency in virtual machines (VMs).
- Passion for Innovation: A strong enthusiasm for the modular and rollup ecosystem.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with modular products like AggLayer and Espresso.
- A deep understanding of shared sequencing.
- Knowledge of ZK (Zero-Knowledge) and DA (Data Availability).
