The Metaverse is a network of interconnected worlds, objects, identities, and experiences that create economic value and provide fulfilling digital interactions. Despite its immense potential, the full capabilities of the Metaverse remain untapped due to various challenges, including technical limitations and the lack of a cohesive system that supports builders and creators.
To address these challenges, the Foundation is launching Somnia, a key initiative aimed at fostering innovation and growth within the Metaverse. We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving user growth through strategic marketing efforts.
Your Mission
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead efforts to attract and engage users through innovative marketing strategies. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns that resonate with our community. Success in this role will depend on your ability to leverage key influencers and optimize various channels to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: You will develop and refine campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple platforms. This will involve understanding and applying market-specific strategies to foster community growth in diverse global markets.
- Influencer Relationship Management: Managing and expanding relationships with key influencers in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and technology sectors will be a core part of your role. You’ll work closely with these influencers to amplify Somnia’s message and drive brand visibility.
- Community Activations: You will partner with the Community Lead to manage campaigns on platforms like QuestN, Intract, and Galxe, driving deep community engagement. Additionally, you will develop localized community strategies that can be scaled for regional growth.
- Innovation: Staying ahead of trends in NFTs, the Metaverse, SocialFi, and digital marketing is essential. You will introduce and implement cutting-edge marketing tactics to attract new audiences.
- Data-Driven Marketing: You will use data analytics to guide your marketing decisions, regularly reporting on campaign performance and providing insights for ongoing optimization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving significant user growth. Strong analytical skills, experience in managing influencer relationships, and a background in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or gaming sectors are highly desirable.
Logistics
- Salary Range: USD $50,000 – $60,000, with additional token compensation.
- Location: Remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere globally.
- Reporting: This role will report directly to the Head of Growth.
