What You’ll Do
As a Front-End Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Design Implementation: Convert Figma designs into React components for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Animation Creation: Implement complex animations and develop responsive UI components without relying on third-party libraries.
- Feature Integration: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate new features into our wallet products and improve the wallet SDK.
- Performance Optimization: Utilize React, Redux, and React-Native to enhance application performance and usability.
- Code Quality: Actively participate in code reviews, maintaining high standards for code quality and reliability.
Who You Are
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Technical Expertise: Strong skills in React and Redux, with proficiency in React-Native animations.
- UI Design Skills: Proficiency in CSS, capable of designing custom and complex user interfaces.
- Animation Knowledge: Experience with SVG and Canvas to create engaging animations independently.
- Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing React component performance and managing data selectors.
- Testing Experience: Familiarity with conducting unit tests and managing technical debt effectively.
- Decision-Making Ability: Ability to make independent decisions and drive improvements in the codebase.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, comfortable using tools like Slack, Asana, and GitHub.
A Plus
- Experience with Figma for design-to-code conversion.
- Familiarity with Electron for desktop applications.
- A passion for cryptocurrency.
- Knowledge of react-native-skia and similar libraries.
