About the Role:
Interop Labs is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager with a deep connection to the crypto world to amplify Axelar’s brand presence, enhance awareness, and effectively convey our value proposition globally.
This full-time role, within our Marketing team, is perfect for someone who excels in storytelling and has a solid understanding of cryptocurrency products.
Reporting To: Global Communications Lead
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary moderator for Axelar’s social media channels.
- Engage with the community by responding to inquiries and proactively interacting to foster positive engagement.
- Develop and execute engaging content, activities, and campaigns, including creative and entertaining memes.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, community managers, and external partners from related projects.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to gain insights and shape social and community strategies.
- Gather feedback to identify marketing opportunities, areas for improvement, and potential new features or services.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to determine key communication points.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in community or social media management.
- Proficient in content creation and meme production, with a good grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut Video Editor, and similar tools.
- Strong writing skills with a natural talent for humor and authenticity.
- Comprehensive understanding of the crypto industry, including DeFi, Web3 interoperability, dApps, and blockchain security.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics.
