We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to enhance our documentation and technical guidelines related to the MultiversX Blockchain. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in technical fields such as software development, computer science, or engineering, with an exceptional ability to simplify complex information and make it accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive documentation that adheres to our standards.
- Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to convert intricate technical details into clear, engaging content.
- Develop user-friendly material tailored to the needs of our audience, translating technical insights into practical, accessible language.
- Assess and improve existing content with innovative approaches.
- Research, draft, and revise new and existing content in collaboration with team members to meet project needs.
- Independently gather information from experts to write, organize, and compile cookbooks, tutorials, technical specs, and process documentation.
- Manage the content for docs.multiversx.com, based on the Docusaurus framework.
- Create content in various media formats to maximize usability.
- Document API endpoints using Swagger or directly on docs.multiversx.com.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as a technical writer.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex topics.
- Experience in creating documentation for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with engineering teams to enhance user experience, refine content, and develop visuals and diagrams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively with strong prioritization skills.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Background in software development.
- Experience or interest in working with the MultiversX Blockchain.
- Familiarity with TypeScript/Docusaurus framework.
- Experience or eagerness to learn smart contract development on MultiversX (Rust/MultiversX Rust framework).
